Google Profile Sync

What it does

Google Photos Sync is operated by Chasten Club Ltd for Club Asylum. It reads our published event programme and approved calendar artwork, then adds those images to the Club Asylum Google Business Profile.

Each Monday it adds the portrait posters for that week's published events. It removes the previous week's photos and any replaced event images only after the complete replacement set has been added successfully. Approved monthly calendars can be added before their month begins and remain until that month ends.

For each public event in the current week, it can create or update the matching Google Event Post with the event details and link. After the complete current-week set is confirmed live, it can remove expired Event Posts from the previous week that it owns and tracks. If that replacement is incomplete, the existing posts remain. The tool is available only to people authorised to manage the Club Asylum profile. It does not provide public accounts or remove photos or Event Posts that it does not own and record.

Google access

The Asylum MCP Google application requests Google Business Profile management access so this tool can add and remove the Club Asylum photos described above and manage its Event Posts. Access can be revoked through Google Account permissions.
