Google Photos Sync

What it does

Google Photos Sync is operated by Chasten Club Ltd for Club Asylum. It reads our published event programme and approved calendar artwork, then adds those images to the Club Asylum Google Business Profile.

Each Monday it adds the portrait posters for that week's published events. It removes the previous week's photos only after the new week's complete set has been added successfully. Approved monthly calendars can be added before their month begins and remain until that month ends.

The tool is available only to people authorised to manage the Club Asylum profile. It does not provide public accounts, publish Google Event Posts, or remove photos it did not add and record.

Google access

The Asylum MCP Google application requests Google Business Profile management access so this tool can add and remove the Club Asylum photos described above. Access can be revoked through Google Account permissions.
